]]> More good news last week in the real estate world: Home sales increased for a sixth consecutive month. While foreclosures are still everywhere and the economy is still sputtering, the national real estate market is finally showing signs of life. Locally, the Raleigh real estate market happens to be quite healthy and improving from last years bottom. Sales have increased locally as well. I’ll have more information and more details on some other interesting stats later this week. For now, I wanted to post about a new listing I took last week.
