I am excited about this new blog and I hope to be able to inform my readers about what is going on in the world of downtown Raleigh real estate (inside the beltline), as well as the greater Raleigh real estate market. I want this blog to be an avenue for my clients to be able to get quality information and facts about the downtown Raleigh real estate market, but I also want to comment on what is happening in our market and I occasionally will provide my own opinion. My website is a work in progress right now, but I will continue to update it with helpful information on our local real estate market and community.

For those of you who do know me, you know I love the world of real estate, but I also enjoy a variety of other topics as well.  I may occasionally comment on things outside the real estate market, such as sports, politics, or current events, but I intend to focus on how I can better serve my clients by bringing them the most up to date information on not only on downtown Raleigh, but the North Raleigh real estate market, the Cary market, the southern market and a few others as well.

My goal is to have a blog that readers can get up to date information on many different aspects of our local community, our real estate market, investing tips, and other useful info that is not readily available elsewhere. One of my specialties is knowing the trends and statistics in our local area that affect values in different locations.  

I travel all over Wake and Johnston county and I enjoy visiting the different towns that make up our wonderful Triangle community. One of the reasons I like focusing on the downtown Raleigh real estate, is because of the fact that it is at the center of our Triangle community and there is a lot going on in downtown Raleigh to be excited about. This town is a growing place, and I will continue to bring people up to speed on what is happening and how it may impact their own life.
